You ok? Things are pretty damn scary :(
Honestly, I'm freaking out a bit. With having sarcoidosis, COPD and asthma, I'm one of the "vulnerable". It's scary. I'm not sure I'll survive if I get it. I don't want to die! I want to be here another 40-50 years!
I've been self isolating for the last couple of weeks, but as we are pretty low income, my son Travis still has to go to town once a week to buy food/feed as we don't have the money to be able to stock up. I'm so scared he may pick it up in town and bring it home :( If we had the money to buy a few weeks worth, we'd never leave the property. the perk of living here, we have hundreds of acres of forest we can walk and never see a person :)
Some of the grocery stores in town are starting to offer delivery, so hoping one will offer it here to Thorburn. That would be a lot safer.
I'm freaking over money too. I have worked so hard to have multiple income sources, but they are all dead :( No Etsy sales, no art sales, no book sales, nothing. Only thing bringing in any money is the farm, and that's not a hell of a lot. I'm really stressing about feeding the birds. Heard rumors the feedstore in town may be shutting down for a few weeks! I hope not! they should be considered essential. how are farmers going to feed their animals?
Scary times!
Something cheerier! My sweetheart Bosco turns 1 at the end of the month! I still miss Taco a lot, but I'm so thankful for Bosco. He helps me get through the day!
