Good morning Friends! It's almost 11am here in Nova Scotia. I just came in from moving today's 20 wagon loads of hay/poop.
Here's today's end of the work day photo. It's slowly going down! There's gotta be ground under there somewhere ... right?
This pic shows the THIRD string/twine we found in the hay/poop today. It's from the rounds of hay. I'm sure you are all smart enough that I don't need to explain why leaving string on cow/horse food is very bad and irresponsible. Not only could one of the cows/horses have swallowed it, my birds could have tried eating it and died. Typical for the cow owners. They obviously don't care about their animals or mine (or the wild life). When they were here, we were constantly cleaning up their garbage.
The last pic for the day; the hay/poop pile I'm making with everything we are cleaning up off the ground. It's at the edge of the forest, in a corner. There was a couple of feet deep hole there and it's out of the way, so thought it would be a good place to pile everything. Give it a couple of years and it will be amazing compost. Always a bright side! :)
It's supposed to be sunny again tomorrow, so I'll get another 20 wagon loads moved. So far, we've moved 80 wagon loads (from the stuff on the ground)
Hugs and love! Stay safe!
